providing health care to Prisoners; especially murderers. Why would one want to provide life saving, health causes for that person to live when they took the life of another?

how about this one? charity/state hospital emergency rooms; here people been here all night waiting on healthcare then the prisoners come in and get top priority over those who've been waiting.

providing healthcare to a person they might know that's purposely speading STD's, especially HIV or AIDS.
