The only work around I have found is to delete his default printer and re-install it. This works for a while but reverts back to each cell as range.
Any ideas?
1) The file is currently/becoming corrupted. Copy the data (not the sheets) to a new file and reformat the sheets in the new file
2) The print driver is corrupted. Do no just reinstall the printer but either download a new copy of the driver from the web site or use the original setup disk to install. Sometimes trying an alternate driver (espcially for HP printers) will resolve the issue.
These may not be the only causes of this problem. I have seen it a bunch of times and it is almost always one of these two issues. If there is anything else I can do to be of assistance please let me know.
