missing angle = 180 - (70 + 70)
= 180 - 140
=40 degrees.
The third angle degree = 180 - 70 - 70 = 40 degrees :)

Let the third angle be n.
Thus (n+70+70) degree = 180 degree.
n+140=180 => n = 180-140 = 40 degree.
