My pics on Yahoo Messenger are not showing. . .?

On my side it's black. . my pics are not showing up. .
But on the other person's side it's my old default that I deleted earlier. .
How do I fix this??

mine is doing that too tonight i read their doing maintenance work on the system my side is black too looks like their ruining our yahoo messenger instead of fixing it its made me mad my yahoo but it may be the people that's suppose to be fixing it i hope its fixed by tomorrow i tryed reinstalling that don't work so don't try that ok

please refrain from posting your pic on yahoo as you is a right munter... do one !!!
