Lately when I try to upload files, I get so many time outs. I logged in and did "netstat" and got huge number of connections with status "TIME_WAIT". What's wrong here? Is is because of memory?
Here is top stats:

I've been using the server for more than 14 months now.

Please help.
Thanks.

I usually upload files using regular ftp (smartftp & FlashFXP). The file is quite small php file (~5-10K) only.
In my machine netstat would give the following:
TCP oem-pa3ce9izhlm:3643 domain.com:ftp ESTABLISHED
TCP oem-pa3ce9izhlm:3645 domain.com:ftp ESTABLISHED
TCP oem-pa3ce9izhlm:3652 domain.com:41164 TIME_WAIT
TCP oem-pa3ce9izhlm:3658 domain.com:41172 SYN_SENT
I replaced my server domain with domain.com, notice SYN_SENT, my pc sent a SYN but never got a reply back.
Hosting company support say that I need to add RAM. Just doesn't make since to me. I have a problem with network timeouts, no idea why would RAM solve this?
How large is the file you are uploading? Is this to vB? If so, how large is your attachment table?
Still need help :)
